This iPad has a battery life of 10 hours if you are not using it intensivly but i have a ipad pro 2020 version and it lasts about 8 hours if you are using it for watching movies and if you are using a app which uses high processing power then you are battery is gonna die fast like if you are using it for art stuff and using procreate then it can last 6 hours. Just to be clear its battery life is good and The M1 chip is energy efficient.

Sensors

Sensors make your device more usable and more helpful and this device has a lidar sensor and if you don't know last this is not the first iPad who has a Lidar last year apple launched a iPad with Lidar, Lidar is used for measuring things and its going to be very help who are building something.

Conclusion

Now Make the decision that do you wanna buy this iPad or not and in my opinion if you want buy this because you don't have money to buy macbook or imac (then you should wait some more time because on iPad you can't do multitask )  and in my opinion if you want to buy because you are an artist/Graphic Designer then just buy it. Or if you want to watch movies and play games and attend your online classes then iPad is gonna help you with these things.

I think you should buy iPad if you don't want to do 3-6 things at one time. Make your Decision.
